Image AnyPlace Out-of-Warranty Repair
The following terms and conditions apply to all out-of-warranty Image AnyPlace-100 (IA-100) and Image AnyPlace-200 (IA-200) units, including older models of the IA-100 originally purchased from Silicon Optix.
Summary of Out-of-Warranty Repair Terms/Conditions/Charges:
1. Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping and handling charges (to and from repair location) 2. FPS is not liable for any damages incurred during transit or shipping 3. Customer should ensure that all Warp Map files are backed up to external media before and after repair service 4. FPS is not liable for any loss of Warp Map files during, before or after repair service 5. Initial diagnostic charge per unit is $500 USD (including minor repairs, firmware & FPGA code update) 6. If the IA-100 or IA-200 main board requires replacement, additional charges may be incurred 7. A 90-day warranty will be provided for each repaired unit
